Home renovations can be a daunting undertaking, but Jesse and the Clean Cut team made it a stress-free process! They were communicative and responsive throughout the project and answered all our questions. Most importantly, the quality of their work exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier with the end result! They are now our go-to contractors and we recommend them to all our family and friends.

Jesse renovated the second floor of our house- new wooden floors, trim/baseboards, stairs and bathroom (vanity, tiling, vent). Our house is an old 1910 home, so all the dimensions of the floors and frames were different, which made basic stuff more challenging (e.g. each door frame was a different size requiring Jesse to trim each one individually to fit).

He tried his best to manage dust, etc by using an industrial vacuum and sealing the stairway to our second floor during the renovations. He paid cleaners to come in at the project end to do a thorough clean of the second floor.

Jesse cared a lot about our satisfaction around his work - often eager to show us what was done each day. If we noticed anything we weren’t happy with, he would fix it.

Jesse was easy to connect with by phone, email or text. He was open to all our questions and was never pushy about anything. I still text him about house maintenance questions haha!

Jesse and his team delivered beyond our expectations!!

We were tired of living in the dark in our older downtown Toronto condo and decided to get pot lights put in. Jesse and his team not only did an impeccable job installing 30+ pot lights, but they did it within 3 days, with MINIMAL mess or disruption to our lives, and at a very reasonable price. The best thing was that nothing seemed impossible! We would ask for additions to our original work (like adding USB plugs in the wall) and he just made it happen! We would absolutely recommend him and have referred a few of our friends to him already!

I had the pleasure of hiring Jesse in the Fall of 2017 to do a renovation of my basement following an underpinning. He was a pleasure to work with! He walked me through the entire process, made great recommendations and was diligent and timely throughout.

Given it was my first project of this significance, I relied on Jesse to guide me. He was 100% reliable, met his timelines and I placed my complete trust in him. The project is finished and my basement is beautiful!

We were introduced to Jesse at Clean Cut via a friend that used him for a basement renovation and was very happy with his work. We called Jesse to get a quote for our kitchen renovation. We set a date and Jesse came over to discuss our vision and within a week we had a quote.

In our initial meeting we could tell that Jesse cared about the work he did and his business. We decided to move forward and the project started shortly after our initial meeting. I asked Jesse what time they would start each day and he said 8am. Every morning they were at the house at 8am and ready to start.

Like any renovation there were a few hiccups along the way. When addressed with Jesse he was quick to react and provided suggestions to resolve the issue.

We love our new kitchen and would definitely use Jesse and his team again. We recommended him to a neighbour and they have since used Clean Cut.
